Women's Ministry

"We loved you so much that we were delighted to share with you not only the gospel of God, but our lives as well, because you had become so dear to us."  I Thessalonians 2:8

Our ultimate goal is to please God and share His kingdom by being salt to people who need healing, and light in a world which is in darkness. We strive to serve Him by serving those He brings into our lives. As the daughters of the King, our mission is to meet the spiritual, emotional and physical needs of women in our community, as well as in our church body.

We do this through involvement in various ministries, and community activities and organizations, either as a group or individually, such as: Neville House - a local battered women's shelter, Habitat for Humanity's Women Build, Midwest Food Bank, an annual retreat, SisterChicks, and other activities.

"Not to us, O Lord, not to us but to your name be the glory, because of your love and faithfulness."  Psalm 115:1
