Jesus commissioned us to "...go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you." (Matthew 28: 19-20)
This group seeks ways to make this commission a reality. Northside supports two world missionary efforts in South Africa and Brazil.

Community Service
Jesus also said to " ...Love your neighbor as yourself" (Mark 12: 31)
The Misssions & Community Service Servant Group helps in serving people in our community and instills a deep conviction and enthusiasm within the group and others in the congregation so that we may serve and love as Jesus did. The primary focus is going among those in need, seeking activities that will provide the best opportunities for us to share our faith as we serve.
Northside and its members support and serve many organizations in our community, including:
Midwest Food Bank, Home Sweet Home Mission, Western Avenue Community Center, Birthright, Crisis Pregnancy Center, Nehemiah Ministries, Neville House, Salvation Army, Habitat for Humanity and more.
